Cadac's SR Series stage boxes provide comprehensive, feature-rich remote I/O up to 2,000 meters from the mixing consoles via Cadac's proprietary low-latency MegaCOMMS network protocol.

CM-SR40 is a product in Cadac's CM stage box series, which is considered by many audio professionals to be the best preamplifier in the industry.

CM-SR40 is a stage box with two 4U heights equipped with 32 analog inputs and 8 analog outputs, as well as 8 AES3 inputs and 8 AES3 outputs. The 2.4" color LCD displays a comprehensive menu structure, and allows for setting locally to adjust input levels, microphone gain, and phantom power. The headphone amplifier enhances usability, saves time, and can monitor audio directly on the stage rack.

This product device has dual MegaCOMMS ports - BNC or LC fiber optic ports - for redundant connections up to 2 kilometers from the console, and is also pre configured with dual redundant internal PSUs for mission critical applications.
