This immersive sound processor is mainly used for existing and newly built large, medium, and small panoramic sound cinemas, theaters, immersive performances, and other applications. It adopts advanced HOA immersive sound algorithm and world-leading implementation solution, a mature and efficient transmission compression codec based on the IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force),RFC 6716 standard.And it adopts a global leading calibration algorithm for acoustic space, which has been market tested and patented based on multi-source spatial measurement and calibration technology. In response to the audio quality loss caused by compression coding, an innovative method is adopted to perform model reverse learning on the HF harmonics and MF/LF sampling values lost by the algorithm. We utilize the reverse convolution of NPU to achieve precise playback of the original sound and support multi-channel surround sound and immersive sound coding. The implementation technology of multi-channel surround sound is based on VBAP (Vector Based Amplitude Panning) and VBAP3D, and we added HOA (High-Order Algorithm) to support 7th order 64 channels high-precision sound field reconstruction.
CADACMAP\R immersive variable reverb processor is an important member of the CADAC theater dedicated immersive sound processor series.

Immersive system in general sense although may seem to be composed of many sets of speakers, they are all based on VBAP and VBAP3D.But CADAC's immersive sound is fundamentally based on HOA's field synthesis reconstruction, which is a sound field reconstruction sollution based on spherical harmonic that uses locally dispersed energy to synthesize a overall high energy sound field within the range covered by all speakers. The benefit is that its sound coverage does not require strong sound pressure to ensure balanced coverage, so the requirements for establishing a sound field are not strict.

The advantage of HOA is its inherent uniform coverage and balanced sound field response, which is also a favorable condition for achieving variable reverbaration in large spaces.

CADACMAP\R incorporated HOA-based variable reverb processing function. It can automatically render a near-natural spatial reverb effect with the participation of all speakers in the existing pan distribution mode. At present, it can fit the space scale from several hundred to tens of thousands cubic meters, and the space reverb time can reach up to several seconds.
